Mr. Luis Spinola, President and CEO of the Azteca-Omega Group was born and raised in Mexico City and immigrated to the United States in 1983. Mr. Spinola has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has led the Azteca-Omega Group through more than 800 projects and over $1 Billion throughout the U.S.A., Mexico and the Caribbean.
The Azteca-Omega Group was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with satellite offices throughout the United States. Azteca-Omega provides services ranging from General Contracting, Construction Management, Program Management, Design/Build and Self Performance services across a spectrum of projects for both public and private sector clients.
Industries served include Transportation and Infrastructure; Local, State and Federal Government Agencies; Education; Hospitality and Entertainment; and Real Estate Development.
Our group is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) through the North and South Central Texas Regional Certification Agencies, the DFW/Nevada/Northern & Southern California/City of L.A. Minority Business Councils and other certifying agencies.
