Pre-Construction

We work closely with the owner during this critical planning and development stage to provide valuable insight on cost estimates, constructability analysis, and schedule. Our preconstruction process ensures that every detail is covered before beginning physical construction.

Design-Build

Azteca Enterprises, Inc. recognizes the benefits provided through design-build project delivery. We have successfully teamed with architects, even co-locating as needed, to streamline project delivery and expedite decision-making within an integrated agreement.

General Contracting

Our project management and general contracting services are transparent, communicative, and effective. We partner with each client, and carefully evaluate and select subcontractors who will exceed our client’s goals. We provide team members with continuous support, especially in the areas of quality control and safety. Additionally, we leverage software applications to maintain sharing of project data.

Program Management

For large-scale contracts requiring the management and coordination of multiple, concurrent projects, we offer program management services. During this process, we act as the owner’s agent, and serve as the single point of contact for the entire contract delivery, oftentimes for multiple building projects simultaneously. We leverage our experience with the various contracting and delivery methods, as well as industry knowledge, to recommend the best delivery method for contracts. Our services allow for increased cost and scope control, schedule management, and smoother contract execution.
